Getting Started with Confluent Cloud
1. Sign up for a free Confluent Cloud account.
2. After you've verified your email address, fill in the details about how you'll use Confluent Cloud and click Continue.
4. You'll see a pop-up about entering a credit card - you can just click the x to get out of it:
5. Get started with the Basic version by clicking on Begin configuration.
6. Create the cluster- I chose AWS | US-WEST-2 | Single zone. After, click Continue:
7. Click on Skip payment:
8. Click on Launch cluster:
